Privacy Policy

TRUST.CY processes the personal data needed to run a curated professional network: names, email addresses, telephone numbers, place of residence, which providers you view and contact, callback requests, feedback and complaints, and technical session information.

What we do with it

• Operate your account and show you provider contact details.
• Send your name, telephone and place of residence to a provider only when you explicitly ask that provider to contact you, and only for that request.
• Ask for feedback after you contact a provider. Feedback stays with our team and is never published.
• Send offers and member benefits only if you opted in. You can withdraw at any time.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@trustus.cy. We keep contact history for as long as your account exists and security logs for 12 months.
